By accessing or using the Site, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. QRCP provides the information and services on this Site to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. You may not use any QRCP logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.  QRCP may revoke this license at any time, with or without cause, in which case you agree to immediately remove such hyperlink.  You may not link to any page other than the home page of this Site.  \

USE OF SUBMISSIONS

You grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display any material you supply or communicate to the Site for the stated purposes of this Agreement and to authorize others to do so.

CHANGES TO SITE

QRCP may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this Site, or terminate this Site at any time. QRCP may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the Agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this Site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified Agreement. 

MISCELLANEOUS

This site is intended to and directed to residents of the United States and all advertising claims contained in this site are valid only in the United States. This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Failure by QRCP to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of this Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any legal action or proceeding between QRCP and you related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the State of Oklahoma, County of Oklahoma.  If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term.

Quest and other logos, product and service names are trademarks and service marks owned by or licensed to QRCP or its affiliates (the "Marks"). Without the prior written permission of QRCP, or its appropriate affiliates, you agree not to display or use in any manner, the Marks.  

All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Quest Resource Corporation (“QRCP”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy on its Web site located at www.qrcp.net. This QRCP Privacy Policy does not apply to information obtained other than through the Web site.  Please read the following policy to understand how your information will be treated. This policy may change from time to time so please check back periodically. What information does QRCP collect from me?

QRCP collects information when you complete our on-line form to request more information or an investor pack. This information includes your name, address, e-mail address and any comments you may have.  In addition, we may ask you for information at other times, such as when you report a problem with our site or services, or contact the company via the corporate e-mail address. If you contact QRCP, we may keep a record of that correspondence. What are cookies and how does QRCP use them?

As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, many Web sites use cookies to store and sometimes track information about you. Who is collecting information?

When you are on a QRCP site and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with QRCP and its affiliates and service providers. With whom does QRCP share my information?

We will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or under the circumstances described below. Data in the Aggregate: We may disclose “blinded” aggregated data and user statistics to prospective partners and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.  Blinded data is data which does not identify an individual person.

Other: We also may disclose your information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating QRCP's Terms of Use, or may otherwise be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) QRCP's rights or property, other QRCP Web site users or customers, or anyone else that may be harmed by such activities. We may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service and improve our products and services.

To ensure that you will not receive recurring marketing information from us unless you choose to, we will provide you with simple instructions on each marketing email from QRCP for you to let us know that you have chosen to stop receiving such emails from us.
